Product Status Updates
Hydra Finish Cream SPF15
We've made a formula update to our Hydra Finish Cream SPF15 to meet new requirements.
What's new?
The pigments are now encapsulated differently, which may cause a slightly grainy texture when applied. This is a normal effect as the capsules are crushed during application to release the final tint.
Tip for best results:
This sensation may be more noticeable on hands. For optimal comfort and performance, apply the cream directly to your face as recommended.
PRODUCT NEWS
Retail Pump Update
We’ve seen an increase in returns of retail product pumps marked as faulty, though most are functioning correctly. Issues often result from rough handling or empty bottles. Effective immediately, only genuinely defective pumps are eligible for returns.
To test a pump, gently unscrew it to check for any issues, but avoid removing it from the foil bag. If the pump doesn’t work, reattach it and try again. Ensure the product isn’t empty, as empty pumps and foil bags detach easily from the bottle. Excessive force can damage the pump, which may lead to the return being rejected. Non-defective or empty pumps will not be credited.
TREATMENT NEWS
Hydra Peel PH
Following reviews with our research and development team and certain insurance providers we are pleased to update you with a change in manufacturing guidance Hydra Peeling PH no longer requires a patch test 24 hours prior to the treatment.
In instances of sensitivity on the skin, post pregnancy, covid, or medical changes you can patch test the product on the cheek 3-5 minutes prior to carrying out the full treatment.
This will be implemented in training with immediate effect and reflected on E-training.
Please be aware of the following Contra-Indications:
Use of Vitamin A and acne medications
Pregnancy (Hydra PH)
Hydra Peeling PH & Hydrabrasion Treatments – New Mask Formula
We’re excited to announce an update to the Hydra Beauté Mask (Phase 3) used in Hydra Peeling PH and Hydrabrasion treatments. Due to supply challenges, the mask has been reformulated with a non-setting gel texture for easier application and removal, mirroring the texture of the Hydra Summum Mask.
The new formula maintains the high standard of results you expect, now enhanced with advanced active ingredients:
Acticalm – Soothes discomfort and supports the skin barrier.
Hydralogic Complex – Combats moisture loss with Hyaluronic Acid and Aquasilinol.
Hyaluronic Acid (High Molecular Weight) – Deeply hydrates and plumps the skin.
This replaces the previous formula containing Acticalm and Camelina Oil to deliver even more visible, long-lasting results.
