Returns Policy

Before returning any products, please ensure you contact our Customer Service team for a Return authorisation number which must accompany the returned product(s).

For your return to be accepted, you must report any discrepancies to the Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. The items must be returned unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. However, if an allergic reaction has occurred, or the product is damaged or faulty we would require you to send photo evidence to our Customer Service Team before a refund can be agreed.

 

How do I request a return?

Contact our customer service team on 01344 873123 or alternatively send your request to customer.services@guinotmarycohr.com please have your product code and batch number ready when you are contacting the Customer Service Team. Once the return has been accepted, we will provide you with a returns reference number which you must include when returning the item back to us. Please be aware returns are subject to a 15% handling charge.

 

Where do I send my return to?

You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

Please note, Guinot does not pay for returns or send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your parcel and it has been logged on our system, our customer service team will be in contact to confirm the receipt of the returned goods and that your refund/exchange has been issued accordingly. Please allow 14 working days for your return to be processed and for our customer service team to contact you.

All refunds will be processed back on to the card originally used for purchase. Refunds can take up to 1 week to show on your account; this is due to the time taken by some banks to process the payment.

Please note, we cannot refund any postal, tax, customs, or duties charges that you may have incurred at the time of delivery or return unless agreed by our customer services team.
